Life story

" Marie Ann Harr, 79, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026. She was born on September 10, 1946 in Shamokin, Pennsylvania to Marlin and Hazel Kerstetter. She was the oldest of 4 children.

She worked as a private investigator and throughout the years worked in customer service/sales. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Auxiliary Lodge # 15.
She enjoyed traveling, shopping, and spending time with family/ friends. Christmas was her favorite time of the year. Always giving and never expecting anything in return. Her kindness, generosity, and loving nature touched the lives of many. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

She is survived by her brother Barry Kerstetter, son Tim Robertson, granddaughters Tiffanie Ackley and Kristal McIntosh, grandson Joseph McInstosh, great grandsons Klayton McWhirt, Kollyn McWhirt, and Kamryn Ackley.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marlin and Hazel Kerstetter, husband Delmar Harr, brothers Roger and Marlin Kerstetter, son William Robertson Jr., and daughter Donna Krieger.

"When tomorrow starts without me and I'm not here to see, if the sun should rise and find your eyes are filled with tears for me. I wish so much you wouldn't cry the way you did today, while thinking of the many things we didn't get to say. I know how much you love me, as much as I love you and each time you think of me, I know you'll miss me too, but when tomorrow starts without me please try to understand that an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand and said my place was ready in heaven far above and that I'd have to leave behind all those I dearly love. When God looked down and smiled at me, he said this is eternity and all I promised you. Today your life on Earth has passed but here it starts a new. I promise no tomorrow for today will always last. So when tomorrow starts without me don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me I'm right there in your heart.
