Life story

" Russell Wayne Farmer, 68, passed away at his home on April 18, 2024. He was born on October 22, 1955 to Russell “Tucker” Farmer and Rosie Lee Farmer Randall, who both predeceased him.

He is survived by his two sons, Russell Farmer, Jr. and Allen Hendrickson; his brother Alvin “Sam“ Farmer (Denise), sister Susie Church (Danny) and sister Cheryl Treger (Doug); grandchildren, Haley, Mackenzie and Nathaniel Hendrickson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Russell was a dedicated single father to his sons and spent his life taking care of them.

He loved to fish and hunt, and was loved by all who knew him.

The family will have a memorial service for Russell at Curtis Lake, his favorite fishing spot, on May 4, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. All are welcome. "
