Life story

"Jaime was born and raised in Carrizo Springs, TX., where he graduated from Carrizo Springs high school in 1981. After graduation, Jaime moved to Austin, TX., where he resided and later moved to Leander with his beloved wife, Leticia Mancha. There, they raised their child, Jaime Jr.

He started is work career in the grocery business while in high school for the local HEB grocery store. His career spanned over 45 years in Service, Deli, and Meat departments, with the majority of his career as a meat cutter with HEB and ending with Randall’s Food Stores.

Jaime was an accomplished cook and loved cooking for his family. His favorite holidays were Valentines, Halloween, and Christmas, where he would spread his cheer with friends made at his dialysis center. "
