Mr. Smith was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. He later moved to Tampa, FL where him and his wife retired.
He is survived by his daughter Maggie Linn with her husband Claude Linn, of Cleveland, TN and his daughter Donna Moore of Fort Meyers, FL; grandson Broc Moore of Tampa, FL and granddaughters Vanessa Linn and Julia Linn of Cleveland, TN. "
