"Lou Stella Kelley “ Chris” and or Lou was born August 9, 1962 in Chicago Illinois to proud parents of Frank, Albert Kelly, Senior and Bernice Lou Kelley both proceeded her and death along with her sister Jewel Kelley.

Chris attended the Chicago Public schools, Carver primary Elementary and George Washington Carver area high school Walland high school Chris was on a member of the choir where she held Voice in the alto section as a youth. She was a member of Harris Temple, Church of God under the leadership of Bishop CR Harris, and served on the junior usher boardin the late 1970s Chris was employed by security agency for several years there she met Frank, Anthony Underwood, and from this relationship three beautiful children were born Frank, Tiffany and Stephanie.

Entering the spiritual realm in the presence of God, December 19, 2023 the Lord called my dearest mother home. I love my family. God got me” I will be OK! God is looking out for me. She will be greatly missed and remember as a beautiful mother with a beautiful smile and flawless skin backyards barbecues and her funny sense of humor rest on sleeping beauty.

To treasure her memory, she leaves behind three children, Tiffany Kelley, Frank Underwood, Stephanie Kelley , her grandchildren, Latoya, Leslie , Omar Malcom, Amarious, Malik, Owen, Francesca, Quincy, Tyler, Aaliyah, Mya, Myca, Dethwon, Brian, Braydon, her siblings Frank Kelley, Gail Rattler, Dail Kelley, Rosie East, Sharon Brown, Jeffrey Brooks to God, sons Tyrik and Enrique Knight seven special friends, Carol Bailey, Rhonda Betts, Sabrina Bates Teresa Barrow, Stacy Seals, Stephanie Seals Craig, Taylor also a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal."
