Life story

"It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of M. Benjamin “Ben” Goodspeed, who left us on Friday, September 22, 2023, at the age of 65, surrounded by his family. He was born on June 16, 1958 in Washington, DC to Alfred and Audrey Goodspeed.
Ben lived a full life. He enjoyed muscle cars, car races, motorcycles, and animals. He was the constant comedian and will be remembered for his joyfulness and love of people.
Ben is survived by his wife Kerrin, his son Michael. He was predeceased by his parents and two sisters, Shirley and Sandy.
“There he goes. One of God’s own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live and too rare to die.”

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
