Life story
"Kristi Stoddard Hansen was a fun-loving, sarcastic, and hard-working person. To truly know Kris was to truly love her. She loved spending time in the mountains, especially Logan Canyon, Tony's Grove, and Bear Lake. Kris loved painting, cooking, spending time in her yard planting flowers, laughing, and drinking coffee with her friends, her kids, and all her "unofficial" kids whenever she could. Kris loved classic rock and roll, particularly the "Moody Blues." She loved getting together with family and seeing everyone, especially "the cousins." After many years of searching, Kris finally found the love of her life, Dave Hansen, whom she loved very much. Kris moved with Dave to Montpelier, where she spent the rest of her days in love, happy, tending to grandkids, and playing an active role in church. Kris really loved her family, the people who became family, and all the lifelong friends she had throughout her life. Kris was really proud of her family, and it was her greatest joy in life. Kris's mottos were "get tough or die," and "don't throw the first punch, but if you have to hit, keep throwing punches until it's finished" Kris was the toughest person we knew. She had to throw a lot of punches in her life, but she finished it and is now at peace with the Lord. She will be forever loved and sorely missed. Until we meet again..."
