Life story

"Cheryl Brigner, 66, of Rappahannock Academy, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord September 3, 2023. Cheryl was a lover of karaoke, possessed an amazing talent for drawing, and an avid lover of animals. Cheryl was proceeded in death by her loving mother, Betty Grubb and father Jack (Don) Grubb, and her sister, Gloria DeFelice. Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Michael Brigner; her daughter and husband, Angela and Jeremy Browning; her sister and husband, Kim Grubb and Wayne Smith; her brother and wife, Mark and Janna Grubb; her step sons, David and Corey Brigner; special son, Donald Collins; 3 grandchildren, Alyssa Collins, Katrina Collins and Logan Collins; a niece and several nephews, as well as a long list of friends, there being too many to mention individually. There will be a private family service held at a later date."
