"Johnny Lee Myers, born on December 21, 1992, in Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Albany, Georgia, peacefully departed from this world on July 3, 2023, in Albany, GA. He was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend. Johnny will be remembered for his kind heart, love for others, and devotion to his family.

Johnny attended the Dougherty County School System and cherished his time spent with his loved ones and serving the Lord. He found solace in singing and his favorite songs included "Cool and Water" and "It's in My Heart to Serve the Lord" by the late Lee Williams. Johnny was baptized at the Greater 2nd Mount Olive Church, a place where he found spiritual nourishment.

His best friend, Red Nelson, fondly remembers Johnny as someone who always showed love to everyone, regardless of their background. Johnny's grandmother, Vivian Myers, expressed her grief, stating that her grandson was taken away too soon. His baby brother Robert wanted the world to know how kind, ginuine, and smart Johnny was.

Johnny is survived by his children, Zykira Nicole Stewart, Nykira Stewart, and other family members. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ziffia Inez Myers, and his father, Johnny Lee French. Johnny also leaves behind his devoted grandmother, Vivian Myers, as well as his brothers, Leo Ruben Myers and Robert Lee Myers, and his sister, Rachel Humphrey. He had a close bond with his aunts, Tanya L. Myers, Daffamie (Husband) Chizoba Good luck moh, Jen L. Myers, Verndalon Johnson, Brenda Thomas, and many others. His uncles, Reginald G. Myers, Minister Troy Myers (wife Laura Myers), David Myers, Larry Padgett, and Pastor Henry Mosley (wife Diane Mosley), also mourn his loss. Red Nelson, his best friend, will forever cherish the memories they shared.

A visitation to honor Johnny's life will be held on July 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm at The Meadows Funeral Home, in Albany Ga.
