"Karen “Cocoa” Koonce was born May 20, 1970, in Lenoir, NC to Judy Koonce. “Cocoa” was preceded in death by her father Rogers Martin.
She leaves to cherish memories, her child: Kenneth Koonce Jr; brothers: Kenneth Koonce Sr & Rogers Martin Jr; sister; Rogetta Martin; host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 9th, 2023 in Texas City, Texas."
