" Sally Ann Fitzgerald, age 81, of Summerfield, FL passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023. Sally was born March 2, 1942, to Thomas and Agnes Woodward in Dearborn, MI. She graduated from Dearborn High School in 1960 from Michigan State University in 1964 where she received a degree in teaching. She taught for several years before becoming a homemaker. Sally’s greatest passion was fixing up homes, she was truly gifted in transforming a house into a welcoming home. We will all continue to enjoy her gift each day.She will be deeply missed by her husband of 59 years, Michael Fitzgerald, children Greg Fitzgerald, Kelly Fitzgerald, four granddaughters, Kelsey (Bryce) Norwood, Lauren Oatmen, Presley Oatmen, and Molly Fitzgerald, brother Tom Woodward, niece and nephew Carol and John Kinnunen, many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Kathleen Kinnunen, and nephew Jeff Kinnunen. A celebration of Sally’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 14, 2023, at the Redeemer United Methodist Church, 13980 Schavey Rd. DeWitt, MI 48820. "
