" Sarah Frances Ramsauer, known as Fran to some but Grammy to most, passed away on May 25, 2023 in Stafford, Virginia at the age of 74.
Fran was born on May 18, 1949 to William and Mattie Pearl Rowe. After Fran graduated from Bay High School in Panama City, Florida she went onto Nursing school to become a Nurse in which she retired after 30 years.
Fran was predeceased by both her parents, William and Mattie Pearl Rowe, her brother Charlie Rowe and sister Gaile Hoffman. She is survived by her daughter Karynn Wooten, son-in-law Shawn Wooten, son Chad Yonally, sister Kathryn Rowe and sister-in-law Donna Rowe along with her two grandchildren that she adored, Arianna and Christian Ortiz.
