Life story

" Chef Lek was born in Thailand and was an only child. His mother passed when he was five years old and went to live with his uncle on the mother side. Chef Lek was an art teacher as a young man and came to the U.S. as a permanent resident on 04/28/1978, that is when he developed passion for Cooking. He became American citizen April 2022. He was trained in French Cooking and worked in hotels and restaurants over the years. He was the founder of Cajun Bangkok, Lex Cajun Grill and Thai box . He will be miss greatly by his wife , children, grandchildren , great grandchildren, in laws here and all the extended family in his homeland. His great cooking skills will be miss by all that knew him. "
