"Stephen was a lifelong resident of Virginia. He was a business owner having worked as a talented and dedicated flooring expert for most of his career. While mastering his craft he pursued his dream of a relaxing life in the country.
After building his second home in Spotsylvania County, he finally achieved his dream and retired in the woods, enjoying the remainder of his life with his dogs Buster & Daisy, and enjoying "a few cold ones" every day.
Stephen was surrounded by love in his final days, having both his surviving sisters and his son & daughter-in-law with him until the end. "
