Life story

" Owen Hart, 77, of Winchendon MA, passed away on December 25, 2022 in his home after a valiant battle with Pancreatic Cancer. He was born on March 2, 1945 in Murray Utah to the late Amos and Marie (Smith) Hart. Eldest of 7 children, Owen grew up in Sandy Utah and graduated from Jordon High School. He served and was honorably discharge from the United States Army.
While stationed at Fort Devens, Owen met the love of his life, Patricia (Brooks) Hart. They married on August 17, 1968 and lived in Fitchburg MA to raise their family.
Owen worked for 30 years as a Local 39 Union Laborer. He spent many wonderful years camping in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire with his family and friends. He also enjoyed candlepin bowling, hunting and fishing.
Owen is survived by his wife of 54 years, Patricia Hart of Winchendon MA, his 2 sons, Christopher of Winchendon, MA, and Daniel of Leominster, MA along with 7 Grandchildren: Elizabeth, Dennis, Michael, Cameron, Lucas, Gabrielle and Daniel and 6 Great Grandchildren and his siblings: Calvin, Alan, Terry, Brent and Mina.
Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service to be held at a later date.
