Life story
" Shirley Margaret (Hipner) Rowe was born January 8th 1945 in Yakima, WA to Jacob and Eugene Hipner as the youngest of 12. Over her 78 years she was many things, a daughter, a sister, a student, a graduate, a nurse, a wife, a mother, a nana but above all she was a loving heart and even though she left quite a legacy with her children it's that legendary heart that will be remembered and missed. Love you Mom. You rest easy, we'll take it from here. "

"Grandma Shirley. One of the strongest, big hearted, and most sincere person was blessed to know. To this day there’s not many in my life who comes close to reachable by her level. One of the most consistent person I’ve had throughout my entire life. She never made you feel judged as you entrusted her with your secrets. She took all the weight and was happy to do so. She always thought one should be open with the things that began to weight down your heart, instead of course the alternative, and allowing for little things to eat you up inside. This tremor tiny woman not only showed me theoughout my life how to have one of the biggest hearts, but also showed me that it was possible to take all of life’s punch’s and still at the end of each day, love as if her heart hadn’t broken and beaten a single day of her life. Yet that never kept any of us from taking our turn taking for granted her unwavering support and love. Never felt alone when she was around. She would include every and anyone who was down for being included. With grandma here, I never for a second fry as if there was nowhere I could go. Which helped me more than she’ll ever know when I was going through my lost and lonely teen years. From her sexy touch yourself while reading novels, her x files and vampire tv entertainments, her homemade taco nights, her bingo and her puzzles….. May sound like little things, but because of those little things, not having her here anymore will forever have my heart feeing just not quite as whole anymore. But also because of those very things, she helped me in many ways to become the amazing woman I’ve grown into today. Not only will this blessing of a woman be missed greatly, but most of all she will be forever and deeply missed. Love you grandma…. Thank you….. thank you for everything!!”
