" Some people only walk this earth for a short time. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. On Mother’s Day, Bonnie Kiebert rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings. She was reunited with her parents James and Maggie Skinner.

While Bonnie’s family grieves her loss, they are choosing to remember her in a way that honors her spirit.

Her husband Kevin adored her. They loved long car rides, fishing, and exploring new places. Their favorite place is the beach. Outer Banks was one of Bonnie’s favorite places to be. She loved murder mystery shows, coffee, dark chocolate, and country music.

Bonnie passed away on May 8, 2022, with her husband, children, and loved ones by her side. She was 60 years old. Bonnie was the proud mother of 4 children and a stepdaughter. TJ (Heather), Angie (Chad), Brad (Katie), Brooke (Eric), and Amber (Nick). Bonnie loved her family and friends. She was the oldest of 5 children born to James and Maggie Skinner. Brothers: James (Bo), John Wayne, Donald, and Ronald. Two of her favorite people in the world were Andrea Prokop and Debbie Dennis. They were lifelong best friends who shared many wonderful memories and adventures.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Kevin, her four children, stepdaughter, and eleven (soon to be 12) grandchildren. TJ Rollins (Heather), sons Timothy and Ryker; Angie Williams (Chad), sons Ethan and Lincoln; Brad Houck (Katie); Brooke Washington (Eric), sons Maxson, Kyson, Eric III, and Lowen; Step Daughter Amber Cedar (Nick), sons Jordan, Noah, Reuben and baby boy number 4 on the way.

A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society. "
