"Billy was born in a small town in the Shenandoah Valley of VA later moving to the Del Ray area of Alexandria VA mainly working as a painter. He will be greatly missed by the many family and friends who knew him, Rest In Peace my brother we will surely miss you always. Billy was a great grandfather to his grandson Abel Strawderman, he would wake up every morning and tend his life to Abel, he did everything with him and treated him with all the love in the world. Billy made some mistakes out of life but was a great wonderful human being on the inside. "
