Life story

"Lillian Susie Rose Brown, 77, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021 in Indianapolis. Susie was a loving and caring person who touched many lives and will be missed by many. She was born August 11, 1944 to Charles Mitchener and Joan (Todd) Alltop. She was the owner of Rolyno\'s Pizza, a small business on the eastside of Indianapolis for many years, volunteered at Indianapolis Public Schools, belonged to Eastern Star Ransford IMH Chapter #605 and Smyrna Shrine Gould (Indianapolis). She went to Arsenal Tech High School and graduated from Wood Day Adult High School in 1979. Susie loved to crochet, quilt, play cards and travel to Myrtle Beach with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Ronald Brown (2013) and a brother Charles (Chuckie) Mitchener. Susie is survived by three daughters, Rhonda Williamson (Todd), Deana Isaacs (Chris), Jamie Kalb (August), stepson Scott Brown, stepdaughter Kelly Cummins and sisters Ruth Lewis (Arthur) and Patsy Mitchener. She is also survived by six half sisters; Cassandra Myer (Paul), Bridgett Corey (Scott), Gretchen DuBois (Pierre, deceased), Charlotte Radcliff (Ron, deceased), Holly Pearce (Warren) and Amy Spindler. She also has grandchildren Cory Long, Colton Williamson, Tristin Williamson (McKinzi), Malia Isaacs, Brady Brown, Josh Cummins, Ashlie Brown and Andrew Brown. Donations are requested to the American Heart Association. Visitation will be Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 4PM till 7PM.
