"Upton – Mrs. Barbara L. Hinckley-Alcorn, of Upton, formerly of Waltham, died Monday, August 23, 2021 at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. She was 67. Barbara leaves her husband of forty-five years, Harry Alcorn; her children, Andrew H. Alcorn (Sarah) of Upton and Melissa L. \'Missy\' Corcoran (Shane), of Lynn; her granddaughter, Mia \'Squishy\' Alcorn; her brothers, Charles Hinckley of Mashpee, Robert Hinckley of Maine, Paul Hinckley of Reading and Walter Hinckley of Waltham; her brother-in-law, Greg Alcorn of Winchester and several nieces, nephews and cherished friends. Family and friends will honor and remember Barbara\'s life by gathering for calling hours in The Joyce Funeral Home, 245 Main Street (Rte. 20), Waltham on Sunday, August 29th from 2 to 5 p.m. and again at 9:30 a.m. on Monday morning before leaving in procession to Saint Jude Church, 147 Main Street, Waltham where her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Mass. General Cancer Center at Newton-Wellesley, 2014 Washington Street, Newton, MA 02462. A COMPLETE OBITUARY WILL FOLLOW.
