Life story

"Madeline Rose McHale died unexpectedly and instantly on Sunday, May 9, 2021 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Maddy was born on May 3, 2000 to Sean and Laura McHale (Pickell) in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from Zionsville Community High School in 2018. She had been an employee with McAlister\'s Deli since graduation and recently became a lead trainer and manager with the company. Maddy was an amazing and multi-faceted person. All who knew Maddy will remember her as a loving and caring person who was also very dedicated and hard-working. She was creative and quirky- truly a bright light. She had a passion for drawing, painting, and photography and was quite the talent. Her sweet, infectious smile would light up a room with joy. Madeline\'s strengths came from the love of family and friends. Honesty, loyalty, and friendliness are traits she wore on her sleeve. Her family and friends will miss her more than words can express. In addition to her parents, Maddy is survived by her brother and best friend, John Emerson McHale, paternal grandparents Dr. John Joseph McHale of Cleveland, OH and Charles & Rose (Reimer) Bentivegna of Gates Mills, OH. Maddy is also survived by 21 loving aunts & uncles*, 22 adoring cousins*, and countless friends.
