Life story

" Myrtle Donnelly passed away in the company of her son on 5/4/2017. Myrtle was proceeded in death by her husband Ted Donnelly and prior husband Ed Burk. Myrtle last resided at AHEPA in South St. Louis county where she had numerous friends in her later years. Myrtle loved her grandchildren and got to meet her great grandchild Jax Powell. Myrtle is survived by her son, Chuck Burk (Karl Wolak), daughter-in-law (she considered a daughter) Kristi Burk, grandchildren Clayton (Ceirra) Burk and Miranda Burk (Awsten Powell) and great grandson Jax Powell. Additionally, she had two other daughters Martha Gosnell and Mary Myers from prior marriages along with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Myrtle approached life with perseverance, determination, love and humor. Myrtle’s approached life with positivity, laughter and acceptance for all. “There will be days you think you can’t go on, but you must, for me”. Thank you mom for the humor, laughter and love. Clayton and Miranda keep your memory alive and their offspring will keep your memory alive for generations to come. We love and miss you every day! Thanks for the love and laughter! "
