Life story

" Delmer Garland Ford Jr. , 85 of Madison, Va., went to be with the Lord on April 29, 2026 with his loving family by his side.

Delmer was retired from The Rochester Corporation where he worked for over 36 years. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed Outer Banks trips with his loving wife of 25 years and time spent watching Jimmy Swaggert ministries.

Delmer is survived by his loving wife, Catherine Ford. A daughter, Dana Oldaker (Wayne), a granddaughter Nicole Kilby, a grandson, Colin Fincham (Mary), a great grandson Jace Kilby and a beloved pet Bella.

Delmer was preceded in death by his parents Eliza Frances Estes Ford and Delmer Ford Sr. And a son James Fincham Jr. (Sherry)

Delmer lived a life centered on family, love and laughter. He will be lovingly remembered by friends and family. "
