"It is with heavy hearts we announce the death of our beloved Karen Ann McConnachie, the nicest and kindest person we have ever known. It is difficult to find the words for how much Karen will be missed. Our home is like an empty tomb without her. Karen was a master gardener and transformed our property into a forest and oasis. Karen was also an avid equestrian and loved spending time with her Oldenburg, Fendi as well as her dogs, Peewee, Mister, Oliver and Weezer. Karen was a devout Christian and is survived by her husband Richie and step-daughter Robin. When the time comes Karen will be buried together with Richie at the National Cemetery in Phoenix, Arizona."
