Life story

" Lois A. Wallace (née Dannenhoffer), age 84, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2026, after an extended illness.

Born in Vineland, New Jersey, Lois was the beloved daughter of Evelyn and Joseph Dannenhoffer. She attended Sacred Heart Parochial School and graduated in 1959. Lois went on to build a successful career as a computer analyst with Wheaton Glass Industries, where her exceptional analytical skills and gift with numbers were widely respected.

Lois will be remembered for her sharp wit, quick sense of humor, and her ability to bring laughter into any room. She had a deep love for cooking, and her family cherished the many gatherings centered around the meals she so lovingly prepared.

Above all, Lois shared a devoted and enduring love with her husband, Robert F. Wallace. Their bond was a true partnership, built on years of love, laughter, and unwavering support. Though he preceded her in death, along with their beloved daughter, Robin Lee, and son Joseph G. Baumgarten, their love remained a constant source of strength and comfort throughout her life.

She is survived by her loving children, Fay Wallace, Robert F. Wallace Jr. (Magretta); Elibeth Birch; her cherished grandchildren, Jeffrey Pfaff (Katrina), Matthew Pfaff (Alicia), Krystin Irizarry, (Paul), Christopher Birch (Ava), Victoria Birch, Robert Wallace, Daulton Wallace, and Olivia Kabella (Adam); as well as many adored great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Joan Scarano, and her brother, David Dannenhoffer.

Services will be held privately. Lois will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband, Robert, at Richard E. Squires Veterans Cemetery. "
