"Mark Meirana passed away unexpectedly on January 23, 2026, at the age of 82.
Born and raised in Millbrae, Mark’s love for his hometown shaped his life, his career, and his spirit. He carried that pride with him everywhere and was known for his vibrant presence, quick wit, and ability to bring people together.
Mark’s family was the center of his world. He is survived by his loving partner, Janice Holloway, his son Brian Meirana, daughter-in-law Samareh Rad; and his treasured grandsons Cameron Meirana and Kevin Meirana. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Martin and Mary Meirana.
Mark’s legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched as a friend, colleague, partner, father, and grandfather. He will be remembered for his laughter, his stories, his larger-than-life personality, and the deep love he had for his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm on January 31,2026 at Our Lady of Angels Church in Burlingame. "
