Life story

"Mark Eugene Gough, 64, of Manassas, VA passed away on December 17, 2025. He was born and raised in Manassas to Kenneth Eugene Gough and Ethel Lucille Gough on May 15, 1961.

Mark loved to fish and loved "Rock-N-Roll". He enjoyed bird watching, playing old school Nintendo Bases Loaded and collecting Hot Wheel and Matchbox cars and was a novice historian of WWII. He had a big heart, gracious soul and had a special spirit about him.

He leaves behind his wife Kelley Parkhurst Gough and two sons, Mark F. Gough and Kenneth G. Gough, his sister Cheryl Gough Harris (David Harris) and one granddaughter Haileigh Marie Bello. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He cherished his family and friends, a steady presence, a source of laughter, a quick wit and a provider whose love ran deep. He will be immensely missed by all who were lucky to know him.

Mark's Celebration of Life will be held early Spring 2026. Location, date and time will be announced soon, as details are underway. "
