"George McInnis was born to Herbert and Minnie McInnis in Ervin ,North Carolina on 9/7/1938. He married Genell McInnis on July 7 1958 in Norfolk Va. George resided in his beloved Brooklyn , New York for almost 60 years. He enjoyed singing and sang at a local Brooklyn night spot and earned the nick name "The Love Man ". "
