"Steven was known as the mayor of HHPOA in White Haven where he controlled the roads, pools and lake upkeep. He loves to go on hikes on the beach when he moved back to Virginia. Steven passed away with family by his side. There will be a private service held at Virginia Beach boardwalk for family only"
