Life story

"It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Robert E Haines, Sr. on October 10, 2025, in Culpeper, Virginia. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Robert was born December 14, 1963, in Cumberland, Maryland to the late Richard and Joanne Haines. He had a passion for being outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Robert is survived by his wife of 43 years, Diane Haines; his children, Jennifer Haines, Amanda Haines, her partner Shawn Coles, and Robert Haines, Jr; his grandchildren, Charles Haines, his wife Arianna, Deasiah Bryant, Allison Settle, Richard Settle, and Dylan Haines; great-grandchildren, Nehemiah Bryant and Xzay’vion Bryant.
A service to celebrate Robert’s life will be held October 31, at VFW, 12210 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, Virginia. All are welcome to attend.
