Life story

" Minnie Lorrain Tipping went to be with the Lord on August 29, 2025 at home with family. Minnie was born in Marlin, Texas on Monday, September 29, 1922 and was a long time resident of Arlington County, Virginia.

Minnie was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Alfred Henry Tipping, and daughter Linda Lorrain McIntyre (Howard). She is survived by her daughter Patricia Gail Alford (Robert), 4 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild

A celebration of Life service will be on September 16, 2025 at 2:30 pm at Calvary United Methodist Church, 2315 S. Grant St. Arlington, VA 22202

A private burial will be at Quantico National Memorial Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd. Triangle, VA 22172.
