Life story

"Proctor Leon Knott, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 28 at the age of 75. Born on March 2 in Hardin Kentucky,he was the son of Willard and Callie Knott. Proctor was known for his unwavering dedication to his family, his community, and his work.

Throughout his life, Proctor exemplified kindness, integrity, and a strong work ethic. He was a Mailman, where he made significant contributions and earned the respect of his colleagues and clients. Outside of his professional life, Proctor was actively involved in his local church, always striving to make a positive impact.

Proctor's greatest joy came from spending time with his family. He is survived by his 4 Children,Christa Marshall,Dottie Hall,Kana Tolmie and Kalan Knott as well as 8 grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. His legacy of love, generosity, and service to others will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Wounded Warriors Project in his memory.
