" A mass of Christian burial will be held for Regina Fitzgerald on Friday, June 20th at 10:30 am at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 64 Cooper Street, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Regina will be interred at Wenonah Cemetery beside her two sons, Mike and Dan.

Regina Fitzgerald, 74, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025. Born in New York City to Edward and Mary Fitzgerald, Regina lived a life marked by strength, intelligence, and deep devotion to her family.

A dedicated professional, Regina built a successful career as an IT business systems analyst—a field in which she was both respected and ahead of her time. Her sharp mind and strong work ethic left a lasting impression on colleagues and clients alike.

Above all else, Regina was devoted to her family. She was a proud and loving mother to her sons Vincent Boncich, and the late Daniel and Michael Boncich. She found her greatest joy in her role as a mom and grandmother, and poured her heart into supporting, encouraging, and caring for her family. Her grandchildren—Brielle, Annaka, Brock, Rex, Grace, and Charlotte—were her pride and joy.

Regina valued education, fine dining, and meaningful conversation. A woman of quiet faith, she was a lifelong Catholic whose love and values guided her children and grandchildren. She always wanted the best for her family and worked tirelessly to ensure they had every opportunity to succeed and feel loved.

Regina will be remembered for her fierce love, sharp wit, and the unwavering care she gave to those she held dear.
