"Family and Friends Today i wanted to make this post to share with everybody that the Martinez Family has lost Ernest Dumicillio Martinez, a cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and son, who left us on Monday, May 19, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on February 13, 1947, Ernest lived a life rich with love, family, and dedication.
Ernest was a man who wore many hats throughout his life. He was a devoted father to two boys, instilling in them the values of hard work, respect, and the importance of family. His love for his sons was evident in the way he spent time with them, particularly during their cherished hunting trips every October. These outings were not just a pastime; they were a tradition that fostered bonds and created memories that will be carried on through the generations.
In addition to being a father, Ernest was also a proud grandfather and great-grandfather. He took great joy in watching his family grow, taking care of his grandchildren and nurturing them with the same love and guidance he provided to his own children and even better. His legacy of compassion and commitment to family will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
Ernest will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will continue to guide us as we honor his memory and the legacy he leaves behind."
