"Michelle Yvonne was born on May 1, 1952 to Patricia Conrad in Louisville Kentucky. She was an only child raised with love by Patricia Conrad and her late father James McGrew. She was an only child born into a large extended family with a lot of love. She always desire to have a large family like her grandmother Opal. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother. She was also known to be a genuine friend to all that knew her she loved good music, soul food and feel good movies. In her younger days she was also known to be a really good dancer who was selected to tour with James Brown, but declined because she was a mother. She she often said that her greatest accomplishment was her children and she always instilled in them that the greatest gift that she ever could give was them having each other. She is proceeded in death by her father James R McGrew, lifelong friend/sister Pat Davis her her two daughters Leah Don and Aimee Bennett and survived by her mother Patricia McGrew, her son Sean Leach, daughter Michelle Bennett, son Michael Bennett, son Donnie Bennett and son Jason Bennett. She is a huge staple and the tapestry of love and many people’s background picture. She will be sorely missed for our contribution to the life that she touched."
