Life story

"In Loving Memory of Marilyn Clay

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Marilyn Clay, on March 10th, 2025, in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is survived by her children, Ryan and Chelsea, daughter-in-law Leticia, and grandchildren Samantha and Remi.

Mom lived a life filled with challenges, but she always met them with grace, strength, and resilience. She was beautiful, loving, humorous and witty. For many years, she worked tirelessly as a waitress to provide for our family. Her greatest achievement in life was the legacy she left behind through her children and her grandchildren, whom she loved with her entire being. She fought for the life she wanted and was generous towards her family with everything she had.

She often referred to Chelsea being her Sunshine but in actuality she was our Sunshine. Her infectious personality and ability to make everyone around her smile were gifts she shared freely with everyone she met(including animals).

Mom, we will miss you more than words can express. Your fighting spirit prevailed until the very end. We take comfort knowing that you finally have peace, and are no longer suffering in pain. Praise God that you’ve let go and allowed Him to take over. You will be missed and remembered, but most importantly, you will be honored in all that we do. We love you, Mom!"

Services will be announced at a later date.
