Age 45

Life story

" It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Molly Marie Rose Gayle, who left us on 2/4/25 at the age of 45. Molly was a beautiful soul, known for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love. She touched the hearts of everyone she met, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and strength.

Born on 10/13/79 in Charlottesville, Va, she was a daughter, sister, and mother and her love for family knew no bounds. As a mother, she was the epitome of selflessness and devotion. Molly had an incredible way of making everyone feel special, and her ability to listen, her laughter, and her heart for others will always be remembered. Her gentle spirit, her laughter, and her ability to make every moment special are memories we will hold onto forever.

Molly was gone far too young, but her legacy of love will continue to live on in those that knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband: Christopher Herring, her children: Kyah Taylor, Lauren Taylor, Xander Orellana, Zephyr Orellana. One grandchild Koen Taylor and 5 sisters and 1 brother Christopher Gayle, Rachel Waple, Jenny Gayle, Barbara Taylor, Bonnie Hummel, and Wanda Gayle. She is proceeded in death by her father John Allen Gayle, mother Beverly Rose Graham and brother Jason Allen Gayle.

Although our hearts are broken, we are comforted by the knowledge that her love and light will live on in all of us who were fortunate enough to know her. Rest in peace, Molly Marie Rose Gayle. You will forever be in our hearts.
