" John Raymond Engle, Sr., beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2024 at the age of 79. John’s warm smile, unwavering love, and wise advice touched the hearts of all who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who cherished his kindness, humor, and the guidance he so freely offered.

John leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to his family, who will forever remember the joy he brought to their lives. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on December 1, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in LaFollette, TN. A Celebration of Life will also take place in The Villages, FL, on January 11, 2025.

John’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. "
