Life story

"Carl Stahler was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 3, 1936. After graduating high school he spent many years working at the Government Printing Office as a Proof Reader.

Carl enjoyed baseball, football, and golf. He especially loved the Baltimore Orioles and would spend many evenings watching them play. Carl was an avid golfer who was very proud of his three "hole in one" games as well as his collection of unique golf balls.

In addition to sports, Carl loved to travel. After retirement, he and his beloved wife Barbara enjoyed traveling all over the United States. Of course, Carl always had his golf clubs in tow so he could play a round or two wherever they traveled.

Carl passed away on October 17, 2024 at Charter Assisted Living Facility. "
