"Joyce Ann Ross of Silver Spring, Maryland passed away at the age of 81 on January 22, 2022. Joyce was a passionate and caring person. She endured challenges and setbacks but always found a way to move forward. Joyce did her best to bring love and kindness to her friends and family. She was an ardent bird and dog lover. Albert, Clancy, Sheldon, and Joey were family to her. She enjoyed genealogy research, church, politics, and the beach. Joyce pieced together the family tree for future generations to understand their family history. Joyce will be forever loved and missed. She had four children and is survived by three children, five grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
