Life story
" Nan Camp was called to be with the Lord on August 28, 2024 at Hughes Home in Fredericksburg, VA where she spent her last days in hospice care.
Nan was born on April 23, 1942 in Camden, SC to Calvin and Fannie Ingram. They moved to Duquesne, PA in 1943.
As an adult Nan held several positions doing secretarial work at the City of Duquesne, Community College of Allegheny County, United States Steel Duquesne Works, and The Hartford which she retired from in 2007.
Nan is preceded in death by her parents Calvin Ingram and Fannie (Miller) Ingram and granddaughter Tierra Camp.
Nan is survived by her husband William Camp; sisters Mary Ingram, Pauline Edwards, and Angela Ingram; daughter Alexis Miller; son-in-law Fred Williams; step children Brian Camp (Nicole) and Lisa Camp-Fowowe (Peter); and Grandchildren Joshua, Jordan, Sydney, Tarik, Tori, and Gabriel.
