" Phillip Macklin retired from the Military. He served 20 years in the Air Force. When he retired, he also volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America. He worked hard and did so much good in his life guiding young people in the right direction, He enjoyed spending time with family, because family was important. He always seen the best side of everyone and everything. He would give the shirt off his back if he could. He will be missed dearly by many. "
