"Jennifer L. Chance was born April 17, 1967, to James Chance and Shirley Chance in Melbourne Florida. Mr. & Mrs. Chance
raised Jennifer and all their other children in the church given them the purpose to know, serve, and love Jesus Christ. This foundation led Jennifer to accept Christ as her Savior and welcome her presence as a guide throughout her life. Jennifer was the type of person that love everyone she come in contact with it did matter what parts of the world she came across she always love her family and people of all walks of life. She was well known of her personality."
